Our policy lasts 20 days for exchange only. If 20 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
We offers two types of made-to-order products: the dye-sublimation print and the standard print. Each print requires a different treatment so the length of production time may range from 2 to 5 business days from the time the order was placed.
Please notice that the production process starts quickly so after 12 hours, we can’t cancel your order anymore. If you insist on canceling, we only can offer refund half of your order.
ALL of our products are made-to-order and we do not hold inventory or stock.
If you are unhappy with the items that you have received, please contact customer service FIRST by sending an email to [email protected]. Merchandise returned to the manufacturer without contacting customer service will not be processed correctly.
A. Returns Policy
It is very important that you read the description of each item before you place your order. There is a sizing guide available so you can choose your correct size. It is also of equal importance that you provide us with your correct information before you finalize your order.
At this time, we do not accept returns for any reason because as mentioned earlier, we do not hold inventory or stock and all items are made-to-order. If you wish to make a correction on your order, please contact customer service within 24 hours from the time you submitted your order. We normally send your order immediately to the production facility but if you contact us within the indicated timeframe, we will do our best to make your requested changes.
On the other hand, if we sent you the wrong order, kindly let us know as soon as possible so that we can send you the correct item. In the instance of our error, you do not have to return the item. You can keep it!
- Requests for returns, exchanges or refunds must be made within 10 days of receiving your order.
- Please keep the shipping label in case of incidents.
- Do NOT return the order by your own before contacting us via our support email first. Do NOT use the returned address on the shipping label. It’s just for shippers, NOT recipients.
- After receiving your response via the support email, we will review and respond to you via your email address ASAP.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES IF:
- You do not contact us for return request reviewed and approved by our support team, prior to you sending your product back.
- Due to user error such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, styles, etc.
- The item(s) have been worn or washed or altered in any way
- The item(s) do not have the original tags on them or our tags are cut, damaged in any way
- The item(s) are not far different from the description and our product quality information.
*Please note we Do NOT pay for return postage and it is your responsibility to ensure the items reach us so we therefore recommend using a signed for service. We will refund the original delivery charge if you are returning your whole, complete order. Part returns will only be refunded for the garments received.

B. Refunds (if applicable)

You can use your store credits to purchase any other item/s from our store. You will be given store credits in exchange for any item that is damaged or has missing parts upon delivery.
You will also be given store credits, equivalent to half the amount you paid, if we made a mistake and you declined our offer to send you the correct item.
We are committed to providing you with the absolute best products, and it’s our respondsibility to replace your item(s) for any of the following reasons:
– The product is flawed
– The print quality is poor
– The product you received is different from the product originally represented on our site

We need these informations as proof to look into a replacement and prevent future errors. Our customer service team will review your claim. If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a replacement free of charge.

Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping rates. Please allow 3-5 business days after your return is received for a refund to appear. Any unauthorized returns, or returns of items that are washed, worn, or damaged will not be eligible for a refund or replacement, and the item will be forfeited.
Please place your order carefully. You must contact [email protected] as quickly as possible should you wish to cancel your order. Our support staff will try to intercept the order before it goes into production, once it hits the production floor there is no way to cancel the order.
We do our best to ship your order within 4-7 business days from the day your order was placed. The shipping fee will be included in your order confirmation. Shipping fee is non-refundable and it will be deducted from the cost of refunded store credits, if you are eligible to receive such credits.

At this time, We ships to any location on the planet with an address. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier and appropriate tracking number issued for the package.

I entered the wrong address information. Can I still correct it?
We can try to make corrections to your order within 24 hours of the time that your order was placed. If you request for the corrections after 24 hours, we will no longer be able to update it on our end.
